Shipping Policy (Malaysian)
1) All fish are offered as per picture shown.
2) We guarantee live delivery. This guarantee void if you are not at home, forget
that the fishes were coming or postal error.
3) In case of Death On Arrival (DOA) :
Customers are required to email a clear photo of the fish in unopened bags
within 24 hours after receiving the fish to betta_hut@hotmail.com and inform us
by a message to LeeHon (+6017-4526880) / Casper (+6017-4520728).
4) No DOA guarantee is provided for any free fish shipped to customers.
5) We cannot be held responsible for the damage occurring during transit and any
respective custom clearance .
6) Your orders only will be delivered after the payment is made and cleared.
7) Full payment need to be pay within two (2) days, otherwise the fish will not be
reserve. Please notify us after you have paid by sms to hp no 017-4526880
/017-4520728 / drop a message at our facebook ( Betta Hut ).
8) We reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice upon the expiry of
two (2) days holding period.
9) We will trade with serious buyer only !!!
